The Company’s subsidiary, PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN), represented by Anwar Toha as the President Director, signed the amendment to the Toll
Road Concession Agreement jointly with the Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Danang Parikesit. The signing-off took place before notary at the BPJT office.
 
This amendment was in relation with changes in the plan for tariff adjustments on Ujung Pandang Sections 1, 2 and 3 of A.P. Pettarani Elevated Toll Road, Makassar.
