Organising an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) is an obligation that must be carried out by a public company every year. Through the AGMS, the company can interact with shareholders and report on the company's performance and make important decisions.
As a public company, Nusantara Infrastructure has also held its AGMS on 24 May 2023 with five agendas in the meeting, all of which have been approved by the shareholders. The meeting was organised as a hybrid (online and offline) held at Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta. The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, representatives of the Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Notary, Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and the Company's Shareholders.
