PT Nusantara Infrastructure held a hybrid Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on May 24, 2023 at the Glass House of the Ritz Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta. The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, representatives of the Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Notary, Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and shareholders.

There were 5 (five) agendas in the meeting, all of which were approved by the shareholders. One of which was the reappointment of the Company's Board of Directors members and Board of Commissioners members.
