AGMS of BMN & JTSE was held on March 15, 2018 at the Clarion Hotel, Makassar. The event was attended by all Boards of Directors, Commissioners, and company stakeholders, it was opened by Bapak Anwar Toha Director of BMN-JTSE. The meeting agenda was to have the approval of the Company’s 2017 Annual Report including the Company’s Activities Report; The ratification of the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statement for the financial year ending on 31 December 2017; and the appointment of the Public Accountant to audit the Company’s Financial Statements for Financial Year 2018.
