The Company held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on October 30, 2023 at Equity Tower, Jakarta. The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, representatives of the Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Notary and shareholders.

There were 2 (two) agendas in the EGMS, all of which were approved by the shareholders. One of the agendas approved the resignation of Rodrigo Emmanuel Franco from his position as Commissioner of the Company and appointed Rogelio Lazo Singson as the new Commissioner of the Company.
