PT Nusantara Infrastructure held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at the Ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, SCBD, Jakarta on December 19, 2023. The EGMS agenda is related to a series of corporate actions that will be carried out by the Company and its subsidiary, PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN).
After the entire agenda successfully obtained shareholders' approval, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world, GIC, legally and officially became an investor in MUN. Likewise, the go private plan and the approval of changes to NI's Articles of Association can be carried out in accordance with the process.
