In this 3GF 2014, Nusantara Infrastructure was represented by Muhammad Ramdani Basri (CEO of the Company) and Danni Hasan (COO of the Company). Danni Hasan gave a presentation about the direction of infrastructure development which became one of the of Indonesian Government’s priorities of development plans by President Joko Widodo.
The priorities include environmental-friendly and renewable infrastructure solutions; sustainable development focus for the future Jakarta (from plans of 238 tall buildings for 8 years, until the flood prevention projects); and the concept of the green city of Jakarta. Government opens the investment opportunities to outside parties and private sectors to fund the plan projects that counted more than US $ 50 billion per year.
3GF had been proposed by the Danish Government in 2011, in cooperation with Korea and Mexico. In 2012 China, Kenya and Qatar joined, and in 2014 Ethiopia became a 7th partner. Global companies with environment care were also joined the Forum, including Hyundai Motors, Samsung, Siemens, Danfoss, ABB, and others. The Forum also seeks to advance the partnerships in support of other global initiatives, such as the World Economic Forum, Clean Energy Ministerial, G20/B20, SE4ALL, UN Global Compact, the SDG process and C40.
