The Company's subsidiary, PT Energi Infranusantara (EI), has signed the Deed of Shares Sale and Purchase and other transaction documents related to the purchase of 496,645 shares or 38.77% of all shares owned by PT Pembangunan Perumahan Energi issued and paid up in PT Inpola Meka Energi, a subsidiary of EI and an indirect entity of the Company. The implementation of this transaction is expected to increase the Company's assets and equity. This transaction is deemed to have a positive impact on the Company's business activities and growth materially due to having sufficient working capital and cash flow to carry out the Company's operational activities.
