Jakarta, 14 November 2025 – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (“NI” or “the Company”) convened its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today, Friday, 14 November 2025, held in a hybrid format. During the meeting, shareholders approved the appointment of Satria Surjati and Marisa Valencia Conde as new members of the Board of Directors, succeeding Amadeo Navalta Bejec and Luis Soriano Reñon.
 
Indah D.P. Pertiwi, Head of Corporate Communication at Nusantara Infrastructure, stated that the Board restructuring reflects the Company’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership and accelerating the execution of its long-term growth strategy. “We extend our sincere appreciation to the outgoing directors for their dedication and contributions to the Company. We also welcome the newly appointed directors, whose presence we believe will further enhance operational performance, reinforce efficiency, and support the Company’s pursuit of sustainable growth,” she said.
 
Leveraging the experience and expertise of its newly appointed Board of Directors, the Company is well-positioned to advance its strategic initiatives, strengthen its financial position, and expand its business portfolio across Indonesia’s infrastructure sector. This development further reinforces Nusantara Infrastructure’s commitment to driving operational efficiency, fortifying financial fundamentals, and upholding robust corporate governance as it continues to navigate an increasingly competitive industry landscape.
