PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk's business unit in the toll road sector, namely PT Margautama Nusantara, has held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 22, 2021.
The meeting was held via video conference with an online platform as an effort to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic virus and the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in DKI Jakarta.
The agenda at PT MUN's AGMS discusses the approval of the 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements, approval of the use of the Company's net profit and approval of the granting of authority to the Board of Directors for the appointment of auditors in 2021.
