Located at Glass House, 8th Floor, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, SCBD, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) Nusantara Infrastructure was held on 23 June, 2017.
 
The event was led by Mr. Muhammad Ramdani Basri as Chief Executive Officer of NI. In addition to board of directors and commissioners, the meeting was also attended by shareholders, invited guests from subsidiaries, notaries, representatives of BAE and OJK, and all related stakeholders. One of the agenda in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) is to announce the change of the Company's Board of Commissioner.
 
Based on the results of the meeting, the Company approved Mr. Satrio as President Commissioner and Mr. Junianto Tri Prijono as an Independent Commissioner. The event was closed with a photo session with all of Board of Directors.
