The Handover of Toll Road Leger Document from BSD toll to the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Highways in Bandung on March 10, 2017. This event was held in order to accelerate the national road soil certification program in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 22 / PRT / M / 2006 on the Security and Strengthening of Land Rights of the Ministry of Public Works. In addition, this event was held to follow up the letter of Head of Bureau of the State Property Management (PBMN) and Procurement Service on behalf of Secretary General of Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Number PW.Ol.02-Sj / 215 dated February 28, 2017 on Explanation of KDP and ATB in Preparation of BMN Report of the Ministry of PUPR Year 2016. 
​Department of Highway (Dinas Bina Marga) as the State Property Management (PBMN) also handed over the asset of Frontage Road of Makassar Toll Road Section IV and the Handover of Toll Road Leger Document Makassar Section I, II and IV in Makassar February 16, 2017 (16/2). The handover ceremony was attended by Director General of Highways Arie Setiadi Moerwanto, Secretary of Directorate General of Highways Bambang Sudiatmo, Secretary of BPJT Arief Witjaksono, Head of National Road Implementation Center Makassar (BBPJN XIII) Bastian Sihombing, Head of State Owned Management (PBMN); Darwis Daraba , Makassar Mayor; Moh. Ramdhan Pomanto, President Director of BMN-JTSE; Anwar Toha and related parties. Bina Marga gives the highest appreciation to BMN and JTSE which have made the toll road legis and hopes this activity can be a model for other BUJTs.
