From the side of PPU district, this MoU is expected to produce preliminary study which later can be used as a reference work in the preparation of SPAM Bapaku development project, both in the development of domestic network and the development of service area to the Balikpapan city. Until now, the project is still in the process of being included in SPAM Policies and Strategies by BAPPEDA of each region. After the SPAM Policy and Strategy has been developed, a Feasibility Study will be conducted by the candidate in charge of Project Cooperation (PJPK). If all the process run well and smoothly, market sounding will be conducted in 2017 to then an open auction.
