To strengthen the company’s business performance, POTUM was conveyed strategic partners with ITOCHU and Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM), Tirta Tarum Karawang of the cooperation project between government and business entity (KPBU) in Water Supply System (SPAM). ITOCHU expressed their interest on water treatment especially in water project auction with POTUM.
 
On the other hand, POTUM with PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang was conducted SPAM cooperation with Karawang PDAM in Business to Business (B2B) and KPBU system. This meeting was facilitated by Director of PDAM and team at PDAM office on 13 March 2017. Until now, PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang is a one of potential Regional Water Supply Company due to serving several industries, such as Karawang International Industrial City (KIIC), Suryacipta and Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang. The PDAM have seventeen services unit in six zones, sourced from Citarum River.
