Whistleblowing System
The whistleblowing system is a mechanism for receiving and managing reports or disclosures of unlawful conduct or unethical/improper behavior within the Company. All reports are handled confidentially, anonymously, and independently. This system reflects the Company’s commitment to upholding Good Corporate Governance and fostering a work environment built on integrity.
The reporting process is facilitated through the Company’s Whistleblowing System, which is administered by the Violation Reporting Team (Tim Pelaporan Pelanggaran/TPP) appointed by the Board of Directors. The TPP consists of the Internal Audit Division, Human Resources & GA Division, and Legal Division. Reports may be submitted to the TPP via email at wbs@nusantarainfrastructure.com. The company is firmly committed to protecting whistleblowers, witnesses, and any parties involved in an investigation from all forms of retaliation, including threats, intimidation, dismissal, or discrimination.
