In addition, this project also aims to avoid potential accidents in the Serpong Junction area by increasing he safety factor for road users. This project is also expected to reduce traffic congestion which often occurs in the area of ROW 30 South Tangerang by widening the road and improving access, as well as avoiding accidents from the direction of Serpong Junction and the BSD main road.

While the flood control construction at KM 8 is the Company’s support in providing solutions to prevent this from happening in the area of the Jakarta – BSD/Serpong Toll road every year. This Project is expected to overcome the flood disaster that occurs due to the narrowing of the river so that when the rainfall intensity if high, the river cannot accommodate the water discharge. With this project, when there is high intensity rainfall, the access to the BSD Toll Road and Serpong Junction can be passed without obstruction.

Not only in South Tangerang, the Company through its subsidiary PT Jalan Toll Section Four which operates a toll road in Makassar, is also starting a project to develop a 3 km long access toll road the Makassar New Port (MNP) which will enter the groundbreaking stage very shortly. MNP will be a link to advance the economy, the logistics system and increase exports as well as a solution to relieve road congestion while creating connectivity for economic advancement. Access to Makassar New Port will also facilitate the distribution of goods and services from the new port to the city and surrounding areas via the toll road. Not only that, through the development of this national strategic project, the Company also supports the government in developing distribution networks in eastern Indonesia.
