BMN Inaugurates Pedestrian Crossing Bridge (JPO) In Toll Road Section I & II

Makassar, April 28, 2015 - Deputy Mayor of Makassar Syamsu Rizal inaugurated the Pedestrian Crossing Bridge (a.k.a. JPO) in toll road section I and II -- precisely at Sta.2+500 -- on April 28, 2015. The inauguration was held with the signing of a plaque by Syamsu Rizal at the back of Cambaya operational gate office. This event was also attended by Anwar Toha as Director of PT Bosowa Marga Nusantara (BMN) and PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE).



Toll road section I and II (BMN) – which has been operating since April 28, 1998 – was built "splitting" the residential area. People often cross the highway which is currently dangerous for both toll road users and the pedestrians themself. The JPO has become a solution for communities around the toll road in order to be able to cross safely and keep on the social interaction.
