PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri (TKCM) as a subsidiary of POTUM, signed agreement of concession extension with Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirta Kerta Rahardja (TKR), Tangerang on 20 June, 2017. The event was signed by Mr. Rusdy Machmud, Director of PDAM TKR and President Director of TKCM Mr. Jos Tupamahu witnessed by the PDAM Supervisory Board.
 
The concession extension agreement also known and signed by Tangerang Regent Mr. Ahmad Zaki Iskandar on the next day at the House of Regents. TKCM is a partner of PDAM TKR, has been running the business of water treatment plant (WTP) business scheme Rehab, Uprate, Operate & Transfer (RUOT) business since 2004.
 
Through the agreement, TKCM can operate with the requirement to additional investment in the form of capacity up-rating / capacity increase of 300 liter/sec. Until now, the new capacity of TKCM WTP up to 1.275 Lps. By the end of 2018, TKCM can deliver 1,575 Lps to PDAM TKR to supply public needs such as household, commercial and industrial in Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, and DKI Jakarta.
